Shipping Policy

Please note all services are subject to availability, change or removal at short notice. Our current processing time to despatch an order from our warehouse is 3 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received.

Shipping COUNTRIES

At this time we are able to ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia. Additionally we offer shipping to the United Kingdom. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Ropa cannot be held responsible for any tax payments. 


Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

Shipping PRICES

In order to avoid any missing orders in transit and ensure all orders reach our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, we solely offer tracked shipping options: 

Shipping to Austria:

Austrian Post Standard: € 2,99

Austrian Post Express: € 4,99

Austrian Domestic DPD: € 2,50

Shipping to Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia:

FedEx Regional Economy: € 3,50


Shipping to the United Kingdom:

FedEx Regional Economy: € 3,50 (please be aware of any potential import duties or taxes, that Ropa cannot be held responsible)


Free shipping for every order over €20.

 

Shipping times

 We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

Austrian Post Express: 1 business day

FedEx Regional Economy: 2-4 business days

Shipping to the United Kingdom:

FedEx Regional Economy: 2-4 business days.

Free shipping for every order over €20. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Your shipping fee, inclusive VAT fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or additional duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

Notice

1. Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2. Ropa is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 
3. Please also be aware that if a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Ropa assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
